At MB Sports Academy, we believe in empowering young female athletes through the exhilarating sport of flag football. Our Girls Flag Football program is designed to develop athletic skills, teamwork, and leadership, all while having fun and building lifelong friendships. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, our comprehensive training and supportive environment will help you reach your full potential.

Girls Flag Football at MB Sports Academy is a youth league, promoting fun, learning, and skill development in a positive environment. Our program aligns with the USA Flag Football & NFL’s mission, offering girls a platform to compete and build character, confidence, and self-esteem through excellent coaching.

GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL INAUGURAL 2024 SPRING SEASON
Grades 6th-8th
- 63 girls total.
- Demographics: Black 58, White 1, Hispanic 7, Bi-racial 8, Others 2.
- Cost fee $30
- Practice days: Monday, Tuesdays and Thursday (First two weeks).
- Practice times: 5:45PM to 6:45PM.
- Games: Tuesdays and Thursdays.
6 Teams Divided into 10
- USA Football Rules 5V5.
- Round Robin Season two games a day, total 6 weeks.
- Playoff Round & Championship game.
